Do you have a private parking?

We do not have private parking, but there are several nearby parking lots available at a cost of 17-24 € per day (24 hours).

How far are the Merano Thermal Baths?

They are 300 m away from our B&B, and since we are a Hotel Partner, we offer special discounts for our guests.

Are dogs allowed? Even medium/large-sized ones?

Of course, all dogs are welcome in our B&B, as long as they are not left alone in the room. A fee of 30.00€ per stay is required for final cleaning.

There are no extra daily costs. If desired, bowls, a bed, and a blanket are provided free of charge.

Do you have a wellness center?

We don’t have an internal Spa facility. We are partners with the Merano Thermal Baths, so our guests have special discounts.

Do you have an elevator?

We don’t have one, due to laws governing heritage-listed buildings. Our B&B is located on the first floor, easily accessible via a staircase, where all the rooms, breakfast room, and reception are situated. Only one of the two Superior double rooms, on the second floor, is accessible via a second flight of stairs.

The entire B&B is located on the first floor of the building, without an elevator to comply with regulations for historic homes. Only one room, Superior Double, is located on the second floor.

COMMON AREAS

Our common room has everything you need: tables, microwave, TV, and a set of plastic dishes, glasses, and cutlery. There’s also a play area for children and a library with books in Italian, German, and English – open 24/7.

iNDEPENDENT ENTRANCE

The separate entrance ensures your privacy. The rooms, strategically positioned away from the lively Via dei Portici, guarantee quiet and relaxing nights, meaning no annoying noises during the night.
