Our rates always include breakfast, which consists of a rich buffet of sweet and savory products, available from 08:00 to 10:00.

Warm croissants, whole wheat and white bread, fresh and toasted, homemade jams, sweet and savory cakes, homemade strudel, butter, Nutella, fruit juices, fresh squeezed juices, freshly made fruit and vegetable smoothies, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and fresh cold cuts.

Your faithful four-legged friend is ALWAYS welcome! A fee of €30.00 per stay is required for final cleaning.

Upon your arrival, you will find a set dedicated to four-legged friends in your room, including a bed, bowls, and gadgets.

However, it is important to communicate the presence of your four-legged friend during the booking process, so that we can prepare the set in your room. This service is available upon request and subject to confirmation.

Play Area: our dedicated area for the little ones is equipped with a small wooden kitchen, a table with three stools, and a bookshelf stocked with coloring materials and notebooks.

Free Area: located in front of the reception, this area is available to guests 24/7. You’ll find tables with chairs, perfect if you need to do some work, a 40-inch TV, board games like chess and cards, along with a small library. Additionally, we provide a microwave with disposable plates and cutlery.

Terrace: always accessible, it offers tables with chairs and ashtrays. During winter, we provide blankets on the chairs to make the experience cozier, while in summer we add additional tables for those who wish to enjoy breakfast outdoors, as the terrace is directly connected to the breakfast room and reception

If you arrive before check-in time or wish to take one last stroll to admire Merano freely before departure, you can leave your luggage in our storage room, free of charge

The mountain bike storage is available to guests free of charge. Additionally, it’s also possible to recharge the batteries of electric bikes.

We don’t have on-site parking, but there are paid options a few minutes away from us.

We are located in the center of Merano, in a restricted traffic area (ZTL), so we recommend leaving your car at the parking lot and then reaching the B&B on foot.

Here’s a list of the nearest parking options to Maison Valentina:

• Algunder Kellerei, at Via Galileo 39, Merano. It’s 250 m away, about a 5-minute walk from our B&B. The cost is €18.00 every 24 hours. Once you park your car, go to the automatic cashier and purchase the daily ticket within 5 hours, valid until the check-out day.

• Terme Merano, at Viale delle Terme, Merano. It’s 300 m away from our B&B, a 6-minute walk from our B&B. The cost is €24.00 every 24 hours.

• Parcheggio Karl Wolf, at Via Karl Wolf, Merano. It’s 600 m away, about a 7-minute walk from our B&B.

• Piazzale Prader, in front of the Merano train station. It’s located 1.2 km from Maison Valentina, approximately a 10-minute walk. Free (closed on Fridays, Tuesdays, and some holidays).

The room is cleaned daily. Bed and bath linen change is done every 3 nights for a minimum of 5 nights stay. Additional changes will be charged at check-out.

We do not have a bar service, but each room is equipped with a minibar, which is restocked daily and includes wine glasses, allowing guests to enjoy an aperitif in the room comfortably. The minibar always offers a selection of beverages such as still and sparkling water, fruit juices, prosecco, Aperol Spritz, beer, Coca-Cola, Fanta, tonic water, along with sweet and savory snacks. All items are available at an additional cost, based on consumption.

To make a reservation, payment for the entire stay is required. In case of a no-show without prior phone notification, the room reservation will be held for the first night only. Cancellations/modifications are possible with a refund up to 6 days before the check-in date. (A €20.00 administrative fee will be retained). For cancellations within 5 days prior to check-in, there will be no refund.

It depends on the offer with which the reservation is made. However, it is ALWAYS possible to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

Rooms will be available from 14:00 onwards. Upon arrival, guests must present a photo identification. For arrivals after 14:00, self-check-in will be provided with access codes sent to the guest via message on the day of arrival.

A tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night (for guests aged 14 and above) will be charged. The tourist tax is not included in the room rates and must be paid locally.
