To confirm the booking, it is required to pay for the entire stay.
In case of no-show at the hotel, without notifying by phone, the room reservation will be kept exclusively for the first night.
You can cancel/modify your reservation and get a refund within 6 days from the date of check in. (in both cases € 20.00 will be retained for booking costs)
For cancellations within 5 days prior to check in there will be NO refund
If you arrive by car: We are located in the center of Merano in a ZTL (limited traffic area), we recommend that you leave your car at the parking lot and then reach us by foot. If you want to unload your luggage in front of the hotel, call us and we will give you more information.

– Algunder Kellerei, Via Galileo 39, Merano / distance of 250 m, approx. 5 minutes walk from our B&B / cost € 17.00 every 24h / once the car is parked, go to the automatic cash machine and buy, within 5 hours, the daily ticket until the day of check out
– Terme Merano / is 300 m from our B&B / cost 24.00 € every 24h

- Piazzale Prader, in front of the train station, free of charge (Friday, Tuesday, and some holidays closed) is located 1.2 km from Maison Valentina
In case you cannot travel due to Covid19, you will receive a voucher of the same amount you have already paid, and can be redeem for a new booking within 12 months from the date of check in.

The room is cleaned daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 nights on a minimum of 5 nights. Extra changes will be charged at check out.
